1. Services
Freedom Financial provides credit education, dispute-letter preparation assistance, and related tools described on our Services page. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score increase, or removal of any item from your credit report.
2. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your enrollment for any reason within 3 business days of signing your contract, without penalty, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
3. Fees
Membership fees are billed on the schedule disclosed at checkout. No fee is charged for services not yet performed, except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Your Own Right to Dispute
You always retain the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus yourself, at no cost. See our Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure for details.
